Extra comfort for every mattress - sleep like on cloud 7:
A topper enhances the feel of any mattress by providing additional comfort and an optimized sleeping environment. The skin-friendly Tencel® cover features natural mite protection, and the entire topper is washable at 60°C.

Good body pressure distribution - better sleep through natural circulation: Natural latex has high point elasticity. This prevents pressure points and numbness of the limbs, while maintaining good circulation and relieving stress. It's a natural, renewable raw material.

Good climatic conditions – a pleasantly warm and dry bed: The breathability of natural latex prevents annoying sweating or freezing and keeps the bed pleasantly warm and dry. The fibers of the wool fleece topper support this regulation and absorb moisture without feeling wet.

All BICO and Isabelle mattresses come with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can exchange the core of the same model or height of your mattress once, up to 100 days after delivery. We charge a service fee of CHF 110 for this service. If the selected replacement core is more expensive than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded.

BICO and Isabelle mattresses and box spring mattresses come with a 10-year warranty. The full warranty is 2 years. After 24 months, the customer will be charged a pro rata share of the warranty based on the following percentages:

9th year: 80%
10th year: 90%

All mattresses and beds are exempt from the delivery charge.

If you're not satisfied, you can exchange the core of your mattress once, using the same model or height, up to 100 days after delivery. We charge a flat service fee of CHF 110 for this service. Any price differences will be offset.

Information for allergy sufferers

All Isabelle mattress and topper covers can be washed at 60°C in a household washing machine, killing mites, bacteria and viruses.

Animal hair
All Isabelle mattresses and toppers are made entirely without animal raw materials and are safe for those with pet hair allergies.

To avoid further allergic reactions, Bico only uses certified pollutant-free textiles.
