Shipping information and payment methods
1. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES TERMS
After order confirmation, we will ship the ordered items to the delivery address you provided.
The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
If delivery fails despite multiple attempts, Trouvaille kids & living reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
2. SCOPE OF DELIVERY
We currently deliver only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
International shipping is available upon request.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
For all deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 9.90.
Free shipping applies to:

Orders consisting solely of gift vouchers

Orders with a total value of over CHF 145.00
Exceptions:
For bulky items (over 100 cm in length or when two dimensions exceed 60 cm), a flat fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged.
Furniture delivery and assembly are not included in the standard shipping fee.
For furniture orders, a flat shipping rate of CHF 90.00 applies within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery is made to the building entrance. This shipping fee is waived for furniture orders over CHF 2000.00.
In-store pickup at 3005 Bern is free of charge.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
In our stores at Luisenstrasse 16 and Thunstrasse 21, 3005 Bern, we offer the following payment options:

Purchase on invoice (invoicing via Powerpay)
Purchase on invoice: invoice with instalment/payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers payment by invoice. Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoiced amount and handles the payment process. You have 30 days to pay your invoice. You may choose to pay immediately, later in one instalment, or in instalments.
If you do not pay within the specified period, you will receive a monthly invoice in the following month with an order overview. By choosing purchase on invoice, you also accept POWERPAY’s terms and conditions in addition to our own.

For advance payment, the invoice must be paid within 5 working days. Trouvaille kids & living issues an invoice for the ordered goods, which is handed over upon delivery together with the goods.
Bank transfers for advance payment must be made within 5 days to the following account:

If payment is not made within the deadline, Trouvaille kids & living reserves the right to charge a reminder fee of CHF 10.– and take legal action.
Payment for furniture orders (only applies to made-to-order furniture):
Up to CHF 2,000: 100% payment upon order
From CHF 2,000: 75% payment upon order and 25% upon delivery
In case of late payment, standard bank default interest may be charged.
