Refund Policy
The customer can cancel his contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing by e-mail or by returning the goods.
 The cancellation period begins upon receipt of the goods and these instructions. Timely dispatch of the goods or the request to return the goods is sufficient to comply with the deadline. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. The return shipment or the return request must be sent to:

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Used products 

- Opened products

- Soiled products

- All products in the furniture programmes
- Mattresses

- Carpets

No right of return for furniture orders, carpets and mattresses.

Consequences of return:

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned. The customer is obliged to return the goods undamaged, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In the event of deterioration of the goods, Trouvaille kids & living may demand compensation from the customer. The customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.

Complaints, defects and transport damage, liability
The customer is obliged to inspect the goods for damage and defects immediately after delivery. Possible damage must be reported to the deliverer immediately and noted on the freight or delivery documents. Transport damage and defects must be reported to Trouvaille kids & living immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods, in writing and with a photo. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Trouvaille kids & living accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use of the purchased items.
