If you're not satisfied, you can exchange the core of the same model or height of your mattress once, up to 100 days after delivery. We charge a service fee of CHF 110 for this service. If the selected replacement core is more expensive than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded.

BICO and Isabelle mattresses and box spring mattresses come with a 10-year warranty. The full warranty is 2 years. After 24 months, the customer will be charged a pro rata share of the warranty based on the following percentages:

All mattresses and beds are exempt from the delivery charge.

If you're not satisfied, you can exchange the core of your mattress once, using the same model or height, up to 100 days after delivery. We charge a flat service fee of CHF 110 for this service. Any price differences will be offset.

mites
All Isabelle mattress and topper covers can be washed at 60°C in a household washing machine, killing mites, bacteria and viruses.

Animal hair
All Isabelle mattresses and toppers are made entirely without animal raw materials and are safe for those with pet hair allergies.

To avoid further allergic reactions, Bico only uses certified pollutant-free textiles.
