Swiss Made:
The mattresses, bed bases, and BICO box spring beds are lovingly handcrafted in Schänis. Where possible, Bico sources raw materials from local suppliers and uses local wood and Swiss wool.

The Swiss testing center GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP LAB tests all products for ergonomics, hygiene, climate, and durability. These results are certified by the independent AEH Institute.

Sustainability:

Isabelle cover: Quilted hollow fibers provide excellent moisture transport. Made from recycled materials and 100% recyclable. Also available with an optional Swisswool pad.
Comfort layer: Good pressure relief thanks to the comfort layer made of breathable gel foam.
Surface pressure distribution layer: Improved ergonomics through pressure distribution across the layer of special viscoelastic foam (100% recycled).
Body adaptation: Flexible body adaptation and individual support of the body zones.

All BICO and Isabelle mattresses come with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can exchange the core of the same model or height of your mattress once, up to 100 days after delivery. We charge a service fee of CHF 110 for this service. If the selected replacement core is more expensive than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded.

BICO and Isabelle mattresses and box spring mattresses come with a 10-year warranty. The full warranty is 2 years. After 24 months, the customer will be charged a pro rata share of the warranty based on the following percentages:

3rd year: 20%
4th year: 30%
5th year: 40%
6th year: 50%
7th year: 60%
8th year: 70%
9th year: 80%
10th year: 90%

All mattresses and beds are exempt from the delivery charge.

All BICO and Isabelle mattresses come with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can exchange the core of your mattress once, using the same model or height, up to 100 days after delivery. We charge a flat service fee of CHF 110 for this service. Any price differences will be offset.

mites
All Isabelle mattress and topper covers can be washed at 60°C in a household washing machine, killing mites, bacteria and viruses.

Animal hair
All Isabelle mattresses and toppers are made entirely without animal raw materials and are safe for those with pet hair allergies.

To avoid further allergic reactions, Bico only uses certified pollutant-free textiles.
