Shipping information and payment methods

1. OUR TERMS OF DELIVERY AND SALES
After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you provided. The usual delivery time is 3-5 working days.

If the delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, Trouvaille kids & living can withdraw from the contract.


2. SCOPE
Shipping only takes place within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping abroad on request.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
For our delivery throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 7.90. There are no shipping costs for pure voucher orders or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.

The costs for furniture delivery and assembly are excluded from the shipping flat rate - additional delivery costs may apply depending on where you live. We would be happy to make you an offer for delivery and, if desired, for assembly. You will receive further information by email .

    You will receive the account details for transferring the order amount immediately after completing the order. The ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as the amount has been credited to the Trouvaille kids account. We will issue you an invoice with a delivery note for the goods you ordered, which will be sent to you upon delivery.
