Shipping information and payment methods
1. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS
After the order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided. The usual delivery time is 3-5 working days.
If delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, Trouvaille kids & living may withdraw from the contract.
2. SCOPE
Shipping is only available within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping abroad is available on request.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
For our delivery throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.90. There are no shipping costs for pure voucher orders or orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
The costs for furniture delivery and assembly are excluded from the shipping fee - additional delivery costs apply depending on where you live. We would be happy to provide you with a quote for delivery and, if required, assembly. You will receive further information by email .
4. PAYMENT METHODS

- Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress: we accept all credit card payments
- PayPal
- Against pre-payment
You will receive the account details for transferring the order amount immediately after completing the order. The ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as the amount has been credited to the Trouvaille kids account. We will issue you an invoice with a delivery note for the ordered goods, which will be sent to you with the delivery. Advance payments must be made within 5 working days to the following account: Bank: Swiss Post, PostFinance, CH-3030 Bern
